When a sample followed by an assay buffer is added to the sample well, IgM and / or IgG antibodies, if present, will bind to COVID-19 conjugates to form an antibody complex.
In this complex, migration occurs through the nitrocellulose membrane under the action of capillaries. When the complex meets the line of the corresponding immobilized antibody (human IgM and / or human IgG), the complex is captured, signaling this in a burgundy color. In this case, the test result is positive. If there is no color, then you can not worry :)
